Isn't there a way to get rid of the 255 (260?) character limit in win10? 8.3 file name length in MSDOS, 256 char since Win 95 (!)

But especially in deep folder sub structures, each folder has quite long names too, it reaches the 255 path+filename(!) limit very fast
